This week has been an emotional rollercoaster because I am taking my daughter to college in NYC on Tuesday. I am so excited for her and for all the amazing opportunities life has in store for her, but my heart is broken and the truth is I have been crying every day since her high school graduation and drowning myself in ice cream. I didn’t see it coming. When did she become an adult? Where does the time go? Why so fast? I knew one day she would be going to college. Isn’t it every parent’s dream? I knew that she would eventually be leaving, but somehow I was hoping to keep her little a little longer.
Florence reviewed this Yves Saint Laurent “Palais” Platform Pump in blue suede recently, and while I loved it, I love it even more in fuchsia leather!
Do you remember those YSL Purple Asymmetric Mary Janes that I reviewed recently and couldn’t get because for some crazy and still unknown reason Neiman Marcus wouldn’t ship them to California! Seriously who besides women in California would wear a pair of Purple Suede Mary Janes? Oh, ok I hear you! Sorry! Correction: most shoe goddesses regardless of the state they live in would wear those shoes!
Yay! Good news for the wild girls! Animal print shoes are a must this coming fall! There are a lot of animal print shoes out there, but there is a fine line between elegant animal print shoes and super tacky ones.
