I continue to be perplexed by Prada’s spring line of plex shoes. Forget being futuristic or trendy, they’re just plain ugly! Although this Plex Ankle-Strap isn’t as horrendous as the Prada Jeweled Plex Sandals I reviewed last month, they’re also certainly not a pair of shoes I would wear or waste my money on!
The Superbowl of fashion finally took place last night at the Academy Awards. I turned on my television a couple hours prior to the actual show, as I am much more interested in the clothing than the actual awards. I watched the arrivals very closely, waiting for someone to show up in something incredibly creative, modern, or daring. I was honestly speechless when I first spotted these Prada Jeweled Plex Sandals! This shoe is definitely at the top of my “ugliest shoes ever seen” list!
Platform wedges have definitely been a steady trend for the last couple of seasons. I usually like them because of the comfort they provide, and also because they allow us to wear higher heels.
I didn’t realize how must-have a pair of nude sandals are until I bought myself a pair last summer! Yes, it actually took me that long in my life to ever buy a pair! Anyway, every girl should own a nude sandal, and these Prada Ruched Crisscross Sandals are perfect!
