If you think of seasons as accessories, it may get you through that blizzard or rainstorm that is raging outside your window right now. In the summer we have sandals and sunglasses, bikinis and beach bags. The fall brings falling leaves, berets, socks and scarves. Now, at the tail end of a very snowy and wet winter we all have our favorite pair of boots for the season.
Very rarely do I see a shoe from Costume National that I actually like! In fact, this Cut-out Ankle Boot may be the first Costume National shoe I’ve ever written about!
I was unfamiliar with Carven shoes, but I love this suede ankle boot, mainly because of the bright blue contrast heel!
Florence and I attended the Christian Louboutin for Barbie event here in LA on Wednesday, and I was overwhelmed by the amount of shoe perfection that emanated from the Louboutin store. I have never been to the Louboutin store here in LA, which was recently relocated from Beverly Hills to West Hollywood. The new store is every shoe goddess’s heaven; it was like being inside of a shoe palace. Being inside of the Louboutin store and staring at all of his beautiful shoes, I was inspired to research some more of his shoe designs.
