After my Manolo Blahnik fiasco, what is better to heal a shoe-induced broken heart than another fabulous pair of shoes? This time I set my heart on this pair of Nicholas Kirkwood Lace Cut-out Booties!
This week, the weather has been beyond disgusting in Malibu. Therefore I had plenty of time to research some fabulous shoes. First of all, I wanted to tell you that The Shoe Goddess was voted 5th out of 50 for a blog competition! Yay!
After 20 days away, I am beyond happy to be in my home, sleeping in my own bed, going to the farmers’ market and enjoying the beautiful beaches of Malibu. I have also had plenty of time to browse the Internet in search of fabulous shoes!
Yay! After 20 days of travel, I am finally back home! It was a beautiful trip, though. We went from Venice to Rome to Capri, then St. Tropez and finally London. As much as I enjoyed it, I am thrilled to sleep in my own bed!
We arrived in Venice last Sunday in a downpour, but since then the weather has been beautiful, thank goodness! I couldn’t have dealt with bad weather and two grumpy teenage girls and a bored hubby.
By the time this article goes live, I will be in Venice, Italy. I am so excited to share my trip with all of you, but before I go I want to make sure to pick a fabulous pair of shoes for the week!
Last week is finally over! My daughter’s graduation was Thursday, and although I cried the whole morning before the event it was a beautiful day. My baby was amazingly cute, and I am so proud of her. Check out the picture after the jump.
