I love this Givenchy Black Pumps, which are really more of a “shootie” if you ask me. The front goes up pretty high, and the back is closed, leaving this almost a bootie, but just slightly not. Either way, the focus of these shoes is definitely all in the details in the leather. Monochromatic was the right way to go with these beauties, as my eyes are immediately drawn to the design within the shoe.

The braiding of the leather gives these shoes instant depth, and the pointy toe is right on trend with what we have been seeing lately. So ladies, don’t throw out any pointy toe heels just yet. These remind me of the booties answer to the gladiator sandal, with modern updates and a fresh feel. These shoes are a bit gothic and totally glam. I would love to wear these with cuffed jeans and a tailored men’s blazer, and for a night out, I think these would be fun with a spicy red dress, and maybe a bold black cocktail ring.
