Omelle has definitely been a brand that I have been keeping a close eye on, and these “Hardy” Open-Toe Booties are definitely a reason why I have become such a fan of the line. The shoes are edgy, with unique architecture, and their signature wooden and metallic curved heel that I find to be both fresh and a modern take on a classic.

The shoes are part sandal and part bootie and the marriage works very nicely. I like the combination of black elastic and black leather in the shoe, and while the heel is a dark brown, it definitely works with the Omelle brand identity and is a fun addition to the shoe. These shoes are a modern take on the gladiator trend, which we have been seeing way less of. They use the trend perfectly to create a shoe that is trendy and hip. These would be fabulous with a black mini dress, or mini skirt and top, or even with tights with a fun sweater dress, for colder weather, which in Southern California, we are finally just starting to get! Once again, Omelle has made me melt with another fabulous pair of shoes!
