I am a sandal fanatic, especially for summer with cute dresses or even denim shorts. Sometimes they are just more practical than heels, but the problem is, sometimes you need sandals that are a bit nicer and more “work” appropriate, or even sandals you can wear to meet friends, etc., and not look like a total schlub. These Joie sandals are so much fun. I love ankle straps and wraps. I really think that they add a whole new dimension to the sandal and make the shoe more versatile. 

This plain black sandal can be worn with anything from your basic dress to cute black shorts and a tank. Plus, I broke my ankle years ago and still have some issues with it, and these will give me total ankle support that looks fresh and very modern. And for those of us that live in warmer climates, these sandals can definitely transition in spring and fall, with maybe some leggings and a sweater.
