I love over-the-top trends, but I love it even more when they are done tastefully. I am a huge fan of zippered rosettes, and on shoes they are fantastic. But what really draws me to these TopShop heels is the neutral color. Sometimes less is more, and I am really able to appreciate the detailing because of the monochromatic coloring. The draping of the ruffling around the ankle reminds me of the draping of fabric around a queen’s neck. It is very regal—so London, which I guess is perfect considering TopShop did originate there. 

These shoes are timeless, even with the trendy zippers. They are fun shoes to throw into the mix to create a fabulous outfit, and if you already have your go-to neutral shoes, these are definitely an amazing pair of not-so everyday ones. They are classic and effortlessly fun.
