Last year, these hideous styles were everywhere except for on women's feet, so you would think designers got the message! Fashionistas don't want to be caught wearing ugly socks let alone to have them attached to their shoes. But no! Apparently the message didn't reach Stella McCartney, who again has created a monstrosity!

Wow—these blue ankle boots from Giuseppe are not for the faint of heart! The bright blue color is amazing, and I love the 4-inch silver stiletto heel and pointed toe. I’m kind of boring when it comes to clothes, so I’d probably pair these boots with jeans. But Net-a-Porter pairs them with a structured Fendi dress. I like the contrast of the classic lines of the dress with an edgier boot.

I really like the bright color of these pumps and their sleek style--they are perfect for mixing with other bright colors! I can totally picture these purple pumps with bright red tights and maybe a simple gray dress, or with hot fuchsia tights and an all-black outfit. Leave it to your imagination and have fun creating a special piece!

When I first saw these boots, I was not sure what to think! But they have a cute Victorian feel that reminds me of something a saloon girl would wear during the cowboy era.

They will look cute with a bubble skirt or dresses and opaque stockings, but they will also look fabulous with skinny pants or leggings and a mini skirt.

I am in love! I am in love!! Since I first saw these shoes, I was completely obsessed! They are just what a girl needs for fall!

I love the red hot suede, and the elasticized strap that reveals the top of the foot in a very sexy way.

These shoes will look magnificent with gray, brown or black. I think I am going to get them right away!

Miu Miu Suede Patent Pump $490 Neiman Marcus

 Hmmm... not sure what to make of these. It looks like perhaps someone was smoking too much Chiba when they came up with this shoe. I usually really dig Gwen Stefani's designs, but these might be a little cheesy. Also, that color combo makes me think of Chanel and although that may be a selling point for some, I'd rather have the real thing.

 I love how Pedro Garcia always seems to come out with the perfect suede boots (I have some stiletto tall boots of his from last Fall that are grey suede and to die for.)  The shape, the color, I'd say these are a "go anywhere" type boot. Wear them with a grey turtle neck sweater dress (aaah I'm sweating just thinking about a sweater dress right now, but come October-ish I will be ready.)

 Adorable. These remind me of a pair of Christian's I wore for my senior prom, so maybe I have a bias towards them... regardless they are really feminine and undeniably pretty.  I love the shape of the heel and the open toe. These get an A+. Definitely a "flirty dress" shoe.
